2009-2010年，Lina老师在杭师大钱江学院从事大学英语教学工作，两年的教学经历，丰富了她对*学生英语学习现状的了解，也深入了其对认知教学法的研究。2011年，她开始转向出国留学英语教育培训工作，并先后在杭州新航道学校和浙江大学留学教育中心担任雅思托福教师职务。2013年，她来到上海，加入智赢国际英语的教学团队。多年来，她带动了数百名学生的英语学习热情，并成功帮助学员取得了理想的成绩，其中不乏雅思写作7分，阅读8.5分，托福阅写25分以上的学员。

    A sophisticated English teacher, Masterof English linguistics.During her schooldays, she was dedicated to the study ofcognitive linguistics,and had a good command of English pedagogics.

 

    From 2009 to 2010, she worked as acollege English teacher in Qianjiang school of Hangzhou Normal University.Thesetwo years teaching practice enriched her understanding of the current situationfaced by Chinese students who are learning English, and furthered her researchon cognitive teaching strategy.In 2011, she turned to the field of Englishtraining  for oversea studies, and taughtIELTS and TOEFL in Hangzhou New Channel School and the Training Center ofZhejiang University. In 2013, she came to Shanghai, and became a member of theteaching staff in Smartwin.As a teacher, Lina has evoked hundreds of students'passion for learning English and helps them get splendid scores, such as 7 in IELTSWriting, 8.5 in IELTS Reading, and TOEFL Reading/Writing marks over 25.

王菲（Salina）老师曾在加拿大学习过。2005年考剑桥BEC初级时，考入了全国前十名，并接受剑桥大学ESOL考试委员会的邀请去上海参加了一次商务英语演讲比赛。目前持有BEC高级证书。在2008年的雅思中，获得雅思7.0分。雅思听力单科成绩是8.0分。经过这么多年的英语学习，王菲老师对英语有深刻的理解，也有自己独特的教学方式。

 

 

I was in Canada for study a few years ago.When I took BEC Preliminary Examination in 2005, I was one of the top 10candidates all over China, and was invited to participate in a Business EnglishSpeech Competition held by Cambridge ESOL Examination in Shanghai. Besides, Ialso have BEC Higher Certificate. Moreover, I took the IELTS test in 2008 withan overall score of 7.0 and 8.0 in the listening module. After having beenstudying English for so many years, I have a better understanding of Englishand also have my own teaching method.

The subjects I am teaching are: IELTSlistening, IELTS speaking, TOEFL speaking, BEC, PTE, Interchange, Grammar andmedical English.

Chunyan Yugraduated from Macquarie University with a double Masters Degree in TranslationStudies. 目前执教雅思和托福听力，对听力场景、话题和题型、解题思路有着深刻理解和精准把握，并开发出了一套循序渐进，行之有效的教学方案。教学过程中，她能准确把握学员的学习问题，并制定方案帮助其攻克弱项。她所提倡的鼓励式和循序渐进式教学理念，给学生以源源不断的学习动力和热情。

Graduated from 211 key university, Cici majored in English and obtained "Good Level" in TEM 8. Also, she's a holder of Shanghai Advanced Interpretation Certificate. Quick-witted and knowledgeable, she has repeatedly won the Best Debater of “FLY Cup”English Debating Competition in university.

Cici scored 7.5 in IELTS test and 895 in TOIEC, with full mark in both listening modules. Currently, in charge of the IELTS and TOEFL listening, she demonstrates an in-depth understanding of scenarios and topics in listening part. Equally noticeably is her skills in question analyzing and problem solving, which was naturally developed into a progressive but effective teaching method. In teaching practice, she can accurately spot the students' learning problems, timely draft learning schemes to overcome relevant weaknesses. The idea of combining encouragement and collaborative learning has been fully applied by Cici, as a consequence of which, it taps into the intrinsic passion of learning within students.

Zack老师，生于上海，本科毕业于华东政法大学，主修经济法方向并辅修英语第二专业；硕士毕业于华东政法大学和美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校，获得双硕士学位、英语发音标准、词汇语法功底扎实，经过长时间法律学习的熏陶，在逻辑判断和分析能力方面拥有较大优势，并将逻辑思维方法灵活应用于英语学习。在2009年参加的雅思考试中，阅读单项获得8.5的高分。

Zack Li was born in Shanghai. In2010,I graduated from ECUPL(first major in Echnomicial Law and sencond major in English)and directly entered into a master degree programm in ECUPL during which I luckily got a chance for LLM in University of  Wisconsin ,Madison. My English pronunciation is fairly standard and solid vocabulary and grammar skills are also my strengths.In over 7 years’ study of law. I developed my logic judging & analyzing skills, and applied the logical skills to Englidh study. I got 8.5 for reading in IELTS test taken in 2009.During my study in U.S, I intentionally selected the Legal Writing and Oral Speaking to improve my practical abilities.As for job performance, there are many successful csses in IELTS writing like 5.0 to 6.0 in 3 hours and Band 6.0 to 7.0 in 7.5 hours. I am open-minded,optimistic, active and filled with passion in work and good at communication with students of all ages. I have obtained a bachelor degree from Monash University, majoring in Banking and Finance.  Also I have experience in Business Translation.

My overall IELTS score is 7.5 and achieved 8.5 for the Reading.
